No. The retailer decides whether to accept the return and when to issue any refund. The Neighbor provides the agreed errand service, not a refund guarantee.
Can every return code be used at any shipping location?
No. Codes and labels may be limited to a particular retailer or carrier location. Check your return instructions before choosing the destination.
What if the return is refused?
Include instructions for a refused return before the errand begins. Keep communication in the platform and contact support if the completed work or payment is disputed.
