ErrandsNeighbor
DISPUTE PROCESS

Pause, document, review

A predictable launch process for incomplete work, wrong items, damage, loss, payment concerns, or safety issues.

1. Report the issue

Use “Report an Issue” on the errand before confirming completion. Describe what happened and choose the closest category. For immediate danger or injury, call 911 first.

2. Payment pauses

When an eligible issue is opened during the review window, automatic completion and payment finalization are paused while the matter is reviewed.

3. Preserve evidence

Keep receipts, photos, timestamps, relevant messages, delivery confirmations, and any police or incident report number. Do not alter or delete relevant records.

4. Both parties respond

Support may ask the Customer and Neighbor for concise statements and evidence. Failure to respond may require a decision based on the available platform record.

5. Review and outcome

ErrandsNeighbor reviews task scope, status events, communications, payment state, and submitted evidence. Depending on what can be supported, the platform may confirm completion, cancel or adjust eligible payment, restrict an account, or refer the parties to the appropriate insurer or authority. No reimbursement is guaranteed unless a published protection program expressly applies.

6. Escalation

Request one internal reconsideration by emailing support@errandsneighbor.com with the errand ID and any new information that supports your request. We will review the information and respond through your account contact details.

ErrandsNeighbor does not use cookies to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and does not sell your data to data brokers.

Cookies and device storage support sign-in, security, saved errand drafts, and support conversations. Our payment and mapping providers also process data needed to deliver their services, prevent fraud, and maintain reliability.

We do not offer optional advertising or analytics cookies. Account, location, transaction, and notification data are still collected when needed for the features you use, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Selected public website pages use cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. This integration is disabled in our native iOS and Android apps and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
