Describe the help you need, review the price, and follow your errand through your account. Customer access does not require the elevated identity and background-screening process used for Neighbor approval.
You still need to meet the account requirements and follow the Marketplace Terms.
For Neighbors
Neighbors are independent marketplace participants who help with local tasks. Neighbor approval includes eligibility and onboarding requirements.
A limited, administrator-approved Trusted Neighbor exception is available for up to five personally known Neighbors. It is not the same as completed background screening. Review the applicable approval status and safety information.
